iCloud Mail comes with every Apple ID and is configured automatically on Apple devices. iCloud Mail questions

Can I use iCloud Mail on Windows or Android?

Yes, over IMAP and SMTP, using an app-specific password generated from your Apple ID account page.

What username should I enter?

Usually just the part before @icloud.com rather than the full email address. If authentication fails, try the full address instead.
