Zoho Mail is aimed at businesses and custom domains, with a free tier for a single domain. Accounts are hosted regionally, so an account created in Europe uses zoho.eu hostnames rather than zoho.com — using the wrong region is the most common cause of connection failures. IMAP access must also be enabled in settings before a client can connect.
