GoDaddy Email Login: Sign In to Microsoft 365 or Webmail
Sign in to GoDaddy email — first work out whether you have Microsoft 365 or Professional Email, because they sign in in different places.
“GoDaddy email” can mean three different products, and each signs in somewhere different. The most common login problem is simply using the wrong page — or the wrong password.
Which GoDaddy email do you have?
| Product | Where you sign in |
|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy | outlook.office.com (Outlook on the web) |
| Professional Email powered by Titan | email.godaddy.com (GoDaddy Webmail) |
| Workspace Email (being retired) | GoDaddy is moving these accounts to Microsoft 365 |
Not sure? GoDaddy’s own plan comparison offers two separate links — “Sign in to Office 365 Email” and “Sign in to GoDaddy Webmail”. Your GoDaddy account shows which product your email is on. If you look after the domain, the MX record lookup also helps: GoDaddy’s DNS settings for Professional Email point to smtp.secureserver.net and mailstore1.secureserver.net.
Sign in to Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy
- Go to outlook.office.com/mail.
- Enter your Microsoft 365 email address. If asked for an account type, choose work or school.
- Enter your Microsoft 365 password. GoDaddy warns that your GoDaddy username and password won’t work here — check your browser isn’t auto-filling them.
- On a new device or location, confirm with the one-time code. If you’re asked to add a recovery email, do it.
- The first time, you may be asked to set up multi-factor authentication; after that, verify with your method.
Sign in to Professional Email
Go to email.godaddy.com and sign in with your full Professional Email address and its password — again, not your GoDaddy account password.
How the two products differ
- Professional Email comes in Individual and Team plans. GoDaddy describes Team as the one for sharing calendars and contacts and assigning tasks, with 30 GB of storage.
- Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy ranges from email-only plans (Email Essentials with 10 GB, Email Plus with 50 GB) up to business plans that add the Office apps.
Both are priced per user, with one email account per person — so each person in a business signs in with their own address and password.
Still on Workspace Email?
GoDaddy is retiring Workspace Email and gives Microsoft 365 credit to replace it. Once you get GoDaddy’s retirement email, you have 7 days to export anything you need; after that you lose access to those accounts. Signatures, rules and block lists don’t carry over, so note them first.
Can’t sign in?
- Forgot the password: use Need to find your password? on the sign-in page — see resetting a GoDaddy email password.
- Lost your MFA method: GoDaddy’s fix is to reset the MFA method.
- Web works but Outlook doesn’t: it’s the app setup — see GoDaddy email settings.
